FSS not only offers support to individual families, but also plans and manages House therapeutic activities such as Fun Clubs, holiday activities, and special events that provide a caring, supportive, and fun environment for all. This helps staff handle their own stress and feelings, which enables them to provide even better customer service to families. We provide compassionate emotional support for children, parents and families whether that be in our FSS office, in the playroom or kitchen, walking to the hospital with you or over Zoom. This care and support for families continues after you leave the House, and for those who return. Ronald McDonald Houses located throughout Southern California help families stay close to their child when they need treatment for a serious medical condition. Our Houses provide a home-like setting, close to the region's top hospitals, where families can stay free-of charge for as long as necessary.
